Common questions
Typically 3–7 days door to door from Europe, the Middle East or Asia, depending on the routing and connections into King Shaka. Add customs clearance — usually same-day or next morning for a clean entry — and local delivery. Express courier options are faster; ask us if the deadline is tight.
It depends on the origin and the airline. Direct services into King Shaka avoid the Johannesburg–Durban road leg, but OR Tambo has far more capacity and often better rates. We price both and tell you which lands cheaper at your door.
Courier (DHL, FedEx, etc.) is door-to-door for small parcels with clearance bundled in. Air freight is for larger consignments — roughly over 30–50kg or when you want control over routing, carrier and clearance. Above that weight air freight is almost always cheaper; below it, courier usually wins.
